Product policy is that ALL products are NON refundable. Exchange unopened products within 14 days. All tools/accessories are final sale.
SHIPPING
Shipping is only available within Canada. Shipping rates are $15.00 within Ontario and $16.00 outside Ontario, within Canada.
Orders will be shipped within 72 business hours. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.
